pub struct ReceiverRequirements { /* private fields */ }Expand description
Specification for how a unified address should be generated from a unified viewing key.
Implementations§
Source§impl ReceiverRequirements
impl ReceiverRequirements
Sourcepub const ALLOW_ALL: ReceiverRequirements
pub const ALLOW_ALL: ReceiverRequirements
Constructs a new unified address request that allows a receiver of each type.
Sourcepub const SHIELDED: ReceiverRequirements
pub const SHIELDED: ReceiverRequirements
Constructs a new unified address request that allows only shielded receivers.
Sourcepub const ORCHARD: ReceiverRequirements
pub const ORCHARD: ReceiverRequirements
Constructs a new unified address request that requires an Orchard receiver, and no others.
Sourcepub const TRANSPARENT_ONLY: ReceiverRequirements
pub const TRANSPARENT_ONLY: ReceiverRequirements
Constructs a new unified address request that requires a transparent P2PKH receiver, and no others.
An address satisfying these requirements has no shielded receiver, and so is
representable only as a ZIP 316 Revision 2 transparent-including (tu) unified
address. Consequently this is the appropriate request only for a key that has no
shielded item; requesting it from a key that has one produces an address that
needlessly discards the recipient’s shielded receiving capability. It is not reachable
via Self::new or Self::unsafe_new for that reason.
Sourcepub fn new(
orchard: ReceiverRequirement,
sapling: ReceiverRequirement,
p2pkh: ReceiverRequirement,
) -> Result<ReceiverRequirements, ReceiverRequirementError>
pub fn new( orchard: ReceiverRequirement, sapling: ReceiverRequirement, p2pkh: ReceiverRequirement, ) -> Result<ReceiverRequirements, ReceiverRequirementError>
Construct a new unified address request from its constituent parts.
Returns an error if the resulting unified address would not include at least one shielded
receiver. A unified address containing only a transparent receiver cannot be requested
this way; use Self::TRANSPARENT_ONLY, which is applicable only to keys that have no
shielded item at all.
Sourcepub fn intersect(
&self,
other: &ReceiverRequirements,
) -> Result<ReceiverRequirements, ReceiverRequirementError>
pub fn intersect( &self, other: &ReceiverRequirements, ) -> Result<ReceiverRequirements, ReceiverRequirementError>
Constructs a new unified address request that includes only the receivers that are allowed both in itself and a given other request. Returns an error if requirements are incompatible or if no shielded receiver type is allowed.
Intersection preserves Omit, so its result permits no shielded receiver only if at
least one of the operands already permitted none. In that case the result is no less
honest than the operand it came from and is returned; otherwise the shielded-receiver
requirement of Self::new applies.
This operation is commutative and idempotent, but it is not associative. The rule above inspects the operands and not only the meet, so an intermediate result that permits no shielded receiver can be rejected under one bracketing and admitted under another.
Sourcepub const fn unsafe_new(
orchard: ReceiverRequirement,
sapling: ReceiverRequirement,
p2pkh: ReceiverRequirement,
) -> ReceiverRequirements
pub const fn unsafe_new( orchard: ReceiverRequirement, sapling: ReceiverRequirement, p2pkh: ReceiverRequirement, ) -> ReceiverRequirements
Construct a new unified address request from its constituent parts.
Panics: at least one of orchard or sapling must be allowed. Use
Self::TRANSPARENT_ONLY to describe a key that has no shielded item.
Sourcepub fn orchard(&self) -> ReceiverRequirement
pub fn orchard(&self) -> ReceiverRequirement
Returns the ReceiverRequirement for inclusion of an Orchard receiver.
Sourcepub fn sapling(&self) -> ReceiverRequirement
pub fn sapling(&self) -> ReceiverRequirement
Returns the ReceiverRequirement for inclusion of a Sapling receiver.
Sourcepub fn p2pkh(&self) -> ReceiverRequirement
pub fn p2pkh(&self) -> ReceiverRequirement
Returns the ReceiverRequirement for inclusion of a P2PKH receiver.
